Reports involving UCDC students will be forwarded to the appropriate home campus for adjudication. UCDC reserves the right to implement appropriate interim measures necessary to ensure the safety of all UCDC community members.
If you are a UCDC student or faculty from any UC campus and you have been accused of engaging in prohibited conduct you have resources available at your home campus:

If you are a UCDC student from any of the guest campuses listed below, you can contact your campus’ Title IX office to learn more about available resources at your home campus. Reports of sexual violence/sexual harassment involving a UCDC student from a guest campus will be investigated and resolved by UCDC or another UC entity identified by the University of California Title IX Officer.

If you have been accused of sexual violence and/or sexual harassment, you have the following rights:
- The right to due process — notice of the allegations and an opportunity to respond to them.
- The right to all protections afforded by university policy and/or collective bargaining agreements.
